We offer you a workplace where you can actively participate and work with the entire recruitment process. You will be involved in the daily work performed by a consultant manager and candidate manager. We are looking for someone who wants to learn more about the staffing and recruitment industry and gain a broad understanding of the entire recruitment process. We work with staffing and recruitment services for both blue-collar and white-collar workers, and we are now looking for one to two interns. There are good opportunities for part-time work as a candidate manager after the internship period.

Your internship will begin with getting to know the organization and its parts, such as candidate managers and consultant managers. You will also receive an overview of systems, products, existing clients, ongoing projects, etc. You will have varied tasks that will include CV reviews, selection and matching, phone interviews, interviews, and reference checks.

Your internship period should be planned for the spring semester of 2026 or the fall semester of 2026 and last for at least 6 weeks. The internship will be scheduled Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00. We will consider projects/exams that will take place during the internship period and adjust the days accordingly.

Your internship must be in connection with your current studies or assigned by, for example, the Employment Agency. Please indicate in your application when your internship is scheduled.
